Michelle is also from the heartland and after attending Iowa State University she married her childhood sweetheart, Dr. Denton D. Weiss. Michelle was a stay at home mom while traveling the world with Dr. Weiss and their children on naval assignments. Upon settling in Virginia, Michelle volunteered in her community and received the Portsmouth Service League Award in 2003. She returned to the workforce in 2006 to open the Medical Clinic and Virginia Beach Surgery Center. She enjoys the arts and spending time at the helm of the Bella Vitae Foundation and Smithfield Winery.

Ann Marie began her career in the medical field as a Registered Nurse migrating to physician practice management and medical group administration. She retired from Eastern Virginia Medical School as an Administrator in the Department of Otolaryngology/HNS, joining Dr. Weiss on a part-time basis in 2010. Ann Marie lives in Virginia Beach with her husband, Bob, and spends much of her off time with her three grandsons, AJ, Alejandro and Patrick.

Kourtney was born in Brunswick, GA and was raised on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. She attended East Carolina University. She has been a registered nurse since 2010. Prior to joining Dr. Weiss, she worked as a circulating nurse at DePaul Medical Center in Norfolk, VA. Kourtney enjoys spending time with her family and her dog Sadie. She also enjoys the beach and volleyball.

Danielle was born in Pennsylvania and was raised in Richmond, Virginia. She graduated from The University of Massachusetts in Boston with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. Prior to joining Dr. Weiss’s team in 2019, she worked in Medical/ Surgical, Urology/ Andrology, Primary Care and Pre/Post Operative Care. She is passionate about holistic health/ wellness and fitness. Danielle enjoys spending her free time with her husband, family and friends doing anything outdoors such as surfing, paddle boarding, hiking, bike riding, laying on the beach.

Colleen is an Iowa native and a graduate of Iowa State University. She has been married over 30 years and left the workplace to raise their two sons. During that time she did extensive volunteer work in her church and school and worked part-time with a financial planner. After their last child left home, she and her husband moved to Virginia. She enjoys reading, volunteering and spending time with her family.

Jessica joined Dr. Weiss’ team in 2013 and is a certified medical assistant. She also has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Old Dominion University. During these years she worked as a certified nursing assistant and served eight years in the Marine Corps, achieving the rank of sergeant. She brings compassion and a strong work ethic to all patients. Jessica enjoys being active in her church and spending time with her husband and three children.

Gabriella brings over 35 years of customer service experience from the health and beauty industries. She is passionate about ensuring a positive experience for the patient by making a human connection.
She grew up in northern New Jersey and moved with her family to Italy her senior year of high school. She and her husband raised two children in Virginia Beach, and after they both finished college, she went back to school graduating in 2014 with an A.S. in Social Sciences.
